SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION 2008
Welcome to all new students and welcome back to continuing students. We trust that your summer school session 2008 will be both productive and rewarding.
Important information on Summer School Registration 2008
For this academic year registration for ALL STUDENTS will be conducted online using the Banner Student Administration System. This means that students can register online via the web from anywhere, either oncampus or off-campus, simply using a computer with internet access between the hours of 6:00 am and 12:00 midnight Eastern Standard Time. The registration period will run from May 01 to May 20, 2008, with change of registration (ADD/DROP) permitted until 06 June 2008.
NOTE: A late registration fee/Late Payment Penalty of TT$150.00 applies from May 29, 2008 PLUS Registration fee TT$100.

NOTE: Registration/ Adjustments beyond June 06, 2008 to be submitted to Academic Board; application should be made through Summer Programme Office. There is NO guarantee that late requests will be granted.

Your UWI ID Card will be used as your primary form of identification during your stay at the UWI Campus. It is strongly recommended that you keep your UWI ID Card on your person and visible at all times while on campus. Check the schedules below to see where and when you can collect your UWI ID Card.
If you have obtained financial clearance proceed to the ID Room, New Student Administration Building to have your ID photo taken.

NOTE: You MUST provide picture identification [i.e. passport or national ID Card] to obtain your UWI ID.
Your UWI Student ID will be automatically re-validated when financial clearance has been obtained. If you have not received financial clearance – visit the Bursary Representatives, Ground Floor, New Student Administration Building for clarification.
