Welcome to the Examinations Section, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. If you are unable to visit us in person, we ask that you email us at the following email accounts for relevant information on accessing the corresponding services:

Please be advised that Semester I 2023/2024 Certificates are now available for collection.

Certificates would ONLY be released to graduands who are financially cleared.

To verify your financial clearance status, you are advised to send your query to https://sta.uwi.edu/bursary/service-desk or visit Student Bursary located on the Ground Floor of the Lloyd Braithwaite Student Administration Building.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Students/Colleagues:

Please be advised that our Local Courier Service for the dispatch of Transcripts, Verification Letters, Certificates and Certification of Certificates has been discontinued. For the collection of physical documents, you are kindly encouraged to visit the Examinations Section at the Lloyd Braithwaite Student Administration Building on the First Floor. Our hours of operation are: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Unavailability of the Online Payment Portal

Please be advised that The UWI Online Payment Platform will be unavailable until further notice.

Persons making payments for transcripts or other services offered by the Examinations Section are asked to use the following options:

Payments can be made via any branch of Republic Bank Ltd in Trinidad and Tobago,
Online Transfers - Payment through Internet Banking to the following bank account:

UWI, St. Augustine, Trinidad

Account Number: 160 284 581 001
Account Type: CHQ
Account Name: The University of the West Indies
Reason for Payment: Provide details e.g. Student ID #, Name, Reference #, etc.
At the Bursary’s Cashier, Main Administration Building between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Students can utilise Bill Payee with Republic Bank’s online banking service option. When making payments using Republic Bank's Bill Payment service, please include the following email address in the email notification field on the payment site: STA-stubank@sta.uwi.edu
