To prepare you to acquire technical skills that facilitate using Ms Outlook 2003 as a personal organiser.

- Create and respond to e-mail messages
- Schedule meetings and events
- Organise activities related to e-mail and scheduling.
Participants who are interested in using Ms Outlook to learn to:
- use e-mail efficiently
- practise electronic time management and
- manage meetings in an electronic environment
- Compulsory - Computer Literacy which includes: keystroking ability and mouse techniques; ability to:- Open, Close, Save and Find documents and Create New Folders.
- Optional - Familiarity with using personal e-mail will be an asset.
