Microsoft Outlook 2003

Aim

To prepare you to acquire technical skills that facilitate using Ms Outlook 2003 as a personal organiser.

Objectives

 

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Create and respond to e-mail messages
  • Schedule meetings and events
  • Organise activities related to e-mail and scheduling.

Audience

 

Participants who are interested in using Ms Outlook to learn to:

  • use e-mail efficiently
  • practise electronic time management and
  •  manage meetings in an electronic environment

 

Prerequisites

  • Compulsory - Computer Literacy which includes: keystroking ability and mouse techniques; ability to:- Open, Close, Save and Find documents and Create New Folders.
  • Optional - Familiarity with using personal e-mail will be an asset.
