Copy of Grade slips to show that you have the
necessary pre-requisites.
Please note that you will not be registered
for any 2nd or 3rd year course without showing
proof of passing the required pre-requisite(s).
Registration Procedure
Complete your registration form.
Get your course(s) approved by the Faculty of
Social Sciences. (You may register for up to 3 one-semester
courses in the Summer Programme)
This is done by submitting the form into the Registration
Box located in the Faculty of Social Sciences'
Reception Area.
Copies of your student ID card and grade slips
must be attached to registration form. (Collect your approval form the next day once
all required documents are provided).
Pay the appropriate fees at the Cashier Busary.
Submit your registration form and payment receipt
to our office no later than the completion date:
24 May 2004
Transfer of Course Credits
You must check with your Faculty (if you are
not registered in Social Sciences, St. Augustine)
to ensure that the course credits pursued in this
Summer Programme will be transferred to your current
degree/certificate programme.
Changes in Registration
You may add or delete a course by submitting
a completed Change of Registration form to the
Summer Programme Office no later than the end
of the 2nd week of the Summer Programme
Collect forms at the Summer Programme Office,
Faculty of Social Sciences.
If you are awaiting Semester II examinations
results, you will only be allowed to register
for the courses failed in these examinations.
No late registration fee will be charged.
