Whereas it is required by Article 27 of
the Guild Constitution that an AGM
be held each year, all students are hereby
notified of this meeting to take
place at the JFK Auditorium on Thursday March
16, 2006, commencing at 1:00
pm.

of new Constitution & Regulations
(50 minutes)
Annual Report (40 minutes)
Financial Statements (40 minutes)
Any Other Business (20 minutes)
Registration
Registration for the AGM commences at 12:30
pm at the JFK Auditorium. Please
walk with your ID card.
Motions
If you have any motions which you would
like to bring forward to the Annual
General Meeting you are asked to submit it
in duplicate to the Guild
Secretary, no later than noon, Monday March
12. All motions must be signed
by no less than ten students.
Guillotine
A guillotine will be in effect for the meeting.
This means that debate or
questions on a matter will be limited to
the times provided, so as to ensure
that all matters are discussed.
